RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
1. Claims for damaged goods can be made for up to 10 days from the date you receive the order.
2. In the unlikely event you have received a faulty or defective item, please contact us via email at info@LibertyBelleCo.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged
- A description of the damage
- Photographic evidence
EXCHANGE POLICY
We love our customers and we want you to feel amazing in your Liberty Belle apparel. We currently do not offer returns, but can offer a one time exchange for store credit within 7 days of delivery date as shown on shipment tracking. No exceptions.
PLEASE NOTE: Items listed as final sale are not eligible for exchange.
1. To exchange an item, please email us at info@LibertyBelleCo.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you would like to exchange
2. Once approved, you will be supplied with a return label via email. Liberty Belle will pay the return shipping charge.
3. Please include your name, email and order number in your returned package or we will not know who to send the store credit to.
4. All items must be in their new and original condition (never worn or washed and with hang tag still attached).
5. Once we receive the item at our warehouse and it has been inspected, we will issue you a store credit for the amount of the purchased product which can then be use to purchase the new order. You will be responsible for paying shipping on the new order.
SHIPPING TIMES
We are generally able to pack and ship out your order within 3-5 days. Please note that shipping labels are printed in batches, so your label may show a delay in shipment details. Receiving a shipment notification does not mean your order has been shipped, but that the label has been created. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be picked up by the mail carrier and scanned into their tracking system.
LOST/STOLEN ITEMS
We have partnered with Route to help ensure your packages arrive to you safe and sound and to facilitate the replacement of lost, stolen or damaged packages. For a nominal fee at checkout, Route will provide tracking on your order and will facilitate the replacement or refund of your order should something happen to it. You can start a claim with Route HERE.
If you opt not to purchase Route protection with your order, Liberty Belle is not liable for lost, stollen or damaged orders. You will need to check with your local mail carrier if you believe your package has been lost or stolen and file a claim through them on your lost order.
PREORDERS
Preorders may take up to 4 weeks to process + shipping (3-5 business days). Please understand that this window may be 1-2 weeks longer if there is an issue with garment backorders. All items placed with a preorder item will ship in one order when the preorder comes into stock. We suggest separate orders if you'd like in-stock items to ship quicker.
ORDER CHANGES
Please make sure to verify all items being purchased before checkout. Once your order is placed, all sales are final and no changes/combining orders/cancellations can be made.
DISCOUNTS, STORE CREDITS + GIFT CARDS
Any discount or promo codes must be presented at checkout to be valid. Discount codes are not valid on previous purchases and are not applicable to price adjustments. Only one discount may be used per transaction. Gift cards must be applied at time of purchase and we will not apply it towards an order once placed. No exceptions.
