Q: Do you have a retail store?
A: We are only online at this time.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: Every single item we sell is design, screen printed, embroidered, packed and shipped right here in the U.S.A. With your Liberty Belle purchase, you are supporting hundreds of American families.
Buying American made is more important now than ever before, and being proud patriots, we work hard to source as many American manufactured goods as possible. However there are some items that we carry that are assembled abroad using American made raw materials, some that are made domestically with raw material from abroad, or that are made outside the U.S.A. entirely. As we grow as a company, our mission is to source more and more 100% American made goods.
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes, we offer electronic gift cards! All gift cards are non-refundable and are emailed to the buyer. The buyer can then print this gift card, or forward it to the person receiving the gift.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time we only offer shipping within the United States.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: We work hard try have items shipped out to you within 3-5 days.

Q: Is there order and shipping confirmation?
A: Shortly after placing your order you should receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours, please be sure to check your spam folder. If you still cannot locate an email from us, please contact us at info@LibertyBelleCo.com
Q: My package is missing. What should I do?
A: We have partnered with Route to help ensure your packages arrive to you safe and sound and to facilitate the replacement of lost, stolen or damaged packages. For a nominal fee at checkout, Route will provide tracking on your order and will facilitate the replacement or refund of your order should something happen to it. You can start a claim with Route HERE.
If you opt not to purchase Route protection with your order, Liberty Belle is not liable for lost, stollen or damaged orders. You will need to check with your local mail carrier if you believe your package has been lost or stolen and file a claim through them on your lost order.
Q: Where can I enter my discount code or gift card?
A: After clicking "proceed to check out" in your shopping cart page you will be taken to the page where you can input any valid discount code or gift card number you'd like to use.
Q: Can I use multiple discount codes when placing my order?
A: We only allow one discount code per order.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order once I submit it?
A: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
